If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please email [email protected] along with your order number and reason for your return, prior to your shipment.   

You will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to make sure your return item arrives properly. We are not responsible for returned items during transit.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including the case. Please include your order number and/or name which the order was placed.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed on the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation to the account the order was placed on.


EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different style or color of the same value, please send an email to [email protected] to ensure we have the option in stock.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item arrived damaged, contact us at [email protected]. Please include photos and your order #.
